Hot Happenings: Phronesis, Choreo, & More

Every week, gives you a list of festivals you absolutely must not miss. No matter which city you may be in, there’s a good chance we’ve got you covered – at least in the department of fun. From Crossroads to Choreo, here are this week’s most anticipated festivals!


SRCC – Crossroads

choreoCrossroads, the Spring Festival of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), is one of the most awaited annual cultural fests in Delhi University. The 4-day long extravaganza is packed with fun and excitement with renowned artists and bands coming over to perform. The Pronites are the biggest attraction, include ‘Woodstock – Rock Nite’ ‘Inferno – The Fashion and Dance Nite’ ‘Encore – The Star Nite’, and ‘Random Collisions – The DJ Nite’. The college witnessed a footfall of more than 60,000 people in its 42nd edition and all they’re waiting for is you to come, celebrate with them on the 17th – 20th March.

Hansraj College – Choreo ’18
choreoChoreo ’18 is a one-day dance event to be held , on 13th March,
2018, where the Terpsi Chorean – Hansraj College Choreography Society aim to provide a platform to all the well-renowned and budding Delhi
University Choreography Societies to exhibit their dancing
prowess. Head over to Hansraj College at 2 pm to watch Delhi’s finest talents put their best foot forward!

Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology – Phronesis

If your friends are sick of your Joey references, and if you just can’t wait to find out who ascends the Iron Throne, Phronesis is just the place for you! Summer of Seasons is back with its 2nd edition, and it’s going to be bigger, better, and aggressive. So run a marathon of these shows, and head over to the NDMC Convention Centre, CP, on 13th March at 1 PM to win big.

Jamia Millia Islamia College – Spring Fest ’18
choreoThis spring season, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Jamia Millia Islamia is all decked up to host its prestigious annual techno-cultural fest Spring Fest Jamia ’18. The fest takes place from the 16th – 18th of March, and hosts a number of events, both cultural and technical.
There is something in it for everyone at this fest- whether you’re a techie, or a book dragon, or a social butterfly, Spring Fest 2018 has it all! Head over to the campus and participate in events like Beg Borrow Steal, Futsal, Gully Cricket, Face Painting, Murder Mystery, MasterChef, IPL bidding, Hasino ka Casino, buzz-wire, and Jenga, or watch as the stunning performances enthral you.
