Delhi College of Arts and Commerce also known as (DCAC) is a prestigious institution of the University of Delhi situated in Netaji Nagar, South Campus. This institution was the pioneer college to introduce a three-year Honors program in Journalism in 1989.

The college encourages its students to participate in a number of activities to pursue their interests and passions in the extracurricular field. Formed in 2008, the DCAC Film Club not only aims to showcase the classics of Cinema but also intends to present the national and international work of repute in the field of audio-visual that do not find space in the conventional market. Another unique facet is the Rhapsody, a quarterly magazine which is an initiative of the students. The annual cultural festival ‘Ambrosia’ is also very well-known for its array of events right from memorable street plays to music & dance competitions.
