Festival after festival, we witness brilliant street dance crews battling it out to showcase their skills and we never get tired of watching them perform. Street dance differs from all other dance competitions because it brings together some of the most powerful, energetic and talented dancers who come together with an even more amazing choreography and concept. No street dance battle at college fests is anything different than Step Up—they’re all great, spectacularly talented and some of them just take our hearts away.

Before we continue the story about our never-ending love with street dance, take a look at what all the noise is about. Here are some of the top routines, with everything that makes for a perfect performance.

HR College of Commerce and Economics at Kaleidoscope Festival

This routine not only won the street dance competition at Sophia College for Women’s Kaleidoscope Festival but also won our hearts right from the beginning of the performance. Lisa Mo & team have killed it time and again and here’s another spectacular showcase of talent by them:

Street Dance Face off at Polaris

One of our favorites, especially because of the way it was conducted, here’s what went down at Wilson College’s Media Fest- Polaris’ Street Dance Battle. Watch the spectacular Jai Hind crew compete neck to neck with the SIES Sion girls to emerge victorious.

Soul Street at Mood Indigo

When Soul Street, the dance crew from Abhinav College took to the grounds at IIT Bombay’s Mood Indigo, our hearts seemed to skip a few beats. These guys didn’t miss a single beat and even managed to crunch in a thousand stunts in their few minutes on stage. Brilliant and spectacular, why don’t you watch:

Street Dance on Tattad-Tattad at Kaleidoscope Festival

At Sophia College for Women’s Kaleidoscope Festival, the Lala Lajpat Rai College students won our hearts with their breathtaking street choreography on our favorite Punjabi numbers. Brilliantly refreshing, this concept and routine is a must watch!

Knight’s Crew at IIT Bombay’s Mood Indigo

These students were welcomed on stage with a roaring applause and it took the performance to explain why. Representing the Knights Crew, these students killed it at IIT Bombay’s Mood Indigo with their energetic, powerful and thrilling street routine and skills.
