Started as an exclusive community, the ATKT.in Cypher is a platform that brings together talented college students from across India to help them boost their talent and explore the most of their artforms, with help from each other and numerous opportunities from us.

Last month, we received some brilliant entries from the members on the themes of ‘Magic’ & ‘New Beginnings’. For August, the themes were- ‘India and Independence, what it means to you, personally in today’s day and age’ and an ‘Open Theme’ wherein the students were given the liberty to send content on any topic of their choice. We received some remarkable entries for both the themes and choosing the winners was indeed a tough call. But rest assured, you will be as impressed by this final list of winners as we are:

Literary Arts Cypher

Sakina Bootwala

A student of K.C College, Mumbai, Sakina’s poem is moving and poignant, with each new stanza being as thought provoking as the one before.

‘Identity Crisis’, the poem written by Roshni Raheja, a Symbiosis School of Liberal Arts student, is a powerful commentary on what being an Indian means to her in today’s world. Her words are biting and impactful, to say the least.

Haridhar Rengasamy

Haridhar, a student of Shiv Nadar University Delhi, expressed his interpretation of theme through a beautiful photograph, showcasing what independence means to him personally.

Garima Jha

This Ramjas College, Delhi’s student won our hearts and the spot as a winner through her soulful medley on ‘Saare Jahan se Acha’ and ‘Vande Mataram’.

Madhav, a student of ASMSOC NMIMS Mumbai, covered the song ‘Mitti di Khushboo’ for the Open theme and we can’t get over how beautiful it is.
